Open Post‑Checkout to verify and route to the right lane, then finish your submission. If you already submitted, check My Portal for request status.

My credits didn’t show up yet.

Refresh, then open My Portal. If you used Netlify Dev locally, confirm your Stripe key is LIVE (sk_live) so the session can be verified. On production, credits typically award right after checkout.

I need to change my request info.

Go to My Portal and open the request/deliverable item to update details. For Label Studio, you can also use “My Deliverables.”
