Scope

These terms apply to purchases and use of TKFM Radio / TKFM Records products, subscriptions, credits, placements, and deliverables.

Credits and Digital Products

• Credits are used to request services, features, and deliverables on TKFM.
• Credits are non-refundable once delivered/consumed, except where required by law.
• Some products create a request automatically after checkout (deliverable lanes).

Placements and Approvals

• Featured placements, rotations, and sponsor reads may require review/approval.
• If a request needs info, you may be asked to provide missing assets (audio, artwork, copy, links).

Delivery

• Estimated delivery windows vary by lane and workload.
• Rush options (if offered) prioritize delivery based on the selected lane rules.

Acceptable Use

No illegal content, hate content, harassment, or fraudulent activity.

Checkout is processed securely via Stripe.
