Fill this out whenever a new artist or project graduates from the radio side into serious label conversation.

Your company / imprint name on the paperwork.
Label name is required.
Person who signs and speaks for the label.
Label contact is required.
Where the official communication lives.
A valid email is required.
Optional, for the body of the contract.
How they appear on artwork and radio.
Artist name is required.
Use later for formal contracts or addenda.
The main project this deal covers.
Project title is required.
This helps shape the contract wording.
Optional note that can echo in the agreement.
How long the agreement runs (or “project-based”).
Term is required (can be 0 for project-only).
Territory is required.
Use 0 if there is no advance.
What % of net income the label keeps.
Label % is required.
What % of net income the artist keeps.
Artist % is required.
After saving, open label-contract-lab.html to build the contract draft.
